This Hotel is a 20/10. From the Concierge to greet you with Canteens of Fresh Fruit water that changes daily to the Immaculate Rooms and Friendly Staff our Stay was just Incredible. The Gym had High Tech Equipment with both still and carbonated water available. The Gym & Public Area Incredibly Clean. Absolutely recommending this Hotel.

The hotel is like a carnival mirror maze - the vast majority of surfaces in the room and commmon areas are reflective and disorientating. There was lots of noise during the night - the hotel did not resolve and it continued. There was also a fire alarm early in the morning on one of the nights we were there. Very average to poor service - overpriced compared to other properties in Brussels. Would not recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel! The level of service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for my girlfriend's birthday, complete with beautiful bunting decorations and a delicious birthday cake.

Great location, ultra-modern decor and design.
The hotel is at the very convenient location, just across the Metro, Rogier, and 5 minutes walk from Brussels North Train Station (one station from the airport). Many restaurants and historic buildings are in 5-10 min walk. The hotel is totally renovated with beautiful modern furniture, paintings and floor. But the hotel has not completed the renovation and the full restaurant is not open yet.
