Comfortable room with kitchen facilities. Bed comfortable, nice toiletries provided plus plenty of towels. Good storage spaces. Very clean. Everything you could need in a kitchen(except a tea-towel for drying dishes). No air-con but a fan was provided

No mention there is NO air conditioning. Only one small and old portable fan. Extremely noisy outside Rubbish smell full of Carpark Seem cheating to customers

would avoid
pros: steps away from metro station - with easy access to bruxelles central station/atomium etc. Surrounding area with numerous good restaurants/variety. Lively square out front/old fish market. Easy walk to main tourists sites. cons: stayed for 7 nights - they only provided 1 day of cleaning (and you had to place a sign on your door that says you want it, or else) They said it was their policy. Ridiculous - was never mentioned in Hotels.com website. NO airconditioning. It was so hot; window can open - but the surrounding sounds echoed through, esp with the busy square out front. Many folks there in the wee hours, esp on friday/sat/sun.

Excellent location, room is large by European standards, kitchenette is very handy and well equipped. There's even a laundromat in the hotel! Staff were pleasant and thorough with explanations. Very pleased with our stay here.

Room is clean and tidy. Its noisey as room was on ground floor next to construction site along the road. Can hear people talking clearly. Sound proofing is bad. Request for room change is denied. Very disappointed.

Simple but very nice hotel. Very central. Great staff. Currently being renovated but not causing issue. See it from Saint Catherine metro station. Shower was not powerful at all so mentioned it at check-out and they said they would get maintenence to have a look at it which was good as they did not just dismiss it.

Very good!
Excellent hotel in a great location, you can do everything 100% on foot, they have their own car park. Excellent facilities, room with kitchen, great bed, bathroom, etc. The only bad thing is that they have more than one building, so depending on where your room is, you'll need to go through an uncovered area in case of rain and in my case, I had a pram and I had to carry it down the stairs because there was no access ramp, but in general the hotel is very good and I recommend it.

No water pressure - and very poor hot water.
This property is a disgrace to the Citadines chain name! Did not expect a Citadine property to be as bad as this. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. And the water heater is almost non-functioning. Took shower at 12am and hot water run out. In the morning which is 9 hours later, the hot water has still not boil to be sufficient for a proper shower - even though the water pressure was very very low. Was told that there is individual water heater tank for each room - but surely a water heater tank that takes 24 hours to boil the water for 3 persons to shower is not acceptable. Avoid staying here at all cost. Cannot believe that this place can still attract customer with such bad plumbing system. A total disgrace!
