Really easy to check in. The amenities available in your room are limited and you have to go downstairs to get a hot drink. It’s in a good location for a supermarket and places to eat out.

Hotel was good enough if at a competitive price, it’s clearly a converted office block so room sizes were good, layout of room was a bit strange but ok, finishes were missing in several places and starting to look tired. Someone attempted to break into car overnight outside the hotel as it is fairly quiet late at night

Everything was fine, except the bathroom. The bathtub is very dangerous to use. It is deep and slippery inside. I am surprised that nobody got injury yet.

Clean hotel with a kitchen in the room. It was a very uncomfortable stay due to no air conditioning and no cleaning of the room. Rooms are only cleaned weekly. The staff was helpful and friendly and enjoyed the coffee and water in the lobby

A very nice hotel which is in the heart of it
Very friendly staff who were on hand to help with anything. The Belgian waffle maker at breakfast was an added touch of fun :) The room was clean with comfortable beds. The location is brilliant in that it's a 3 mins walk from a metro station which takes you anywhere you'd like to go. There's trams and buses too. You can also walk to Midi station in about 25 mins, but with 2 young children in tow we gave that option a miss.

Loved the hotel, great location. The free coffee in the lobby was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well stocked though no kettle in our room as per listing but this wasnt a huge inconvenience for us. The room was hot did not have air conditioning however, we opened windows and this was fine. Would recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay in Brussels about 20 mins walk from Midi station and also on metro. Property was clean and well equipped with friendly staff. The only significant issue was the noise from cars outside.

Nice location as it’s walking distance to the tourist spots. Metro station is a couple of steps away, we took the metro to go to l’Atomium. Reception is very nice and helpful. Unit is very clean and very spacious. A couple of steps to the grocery store and many restaurants around the area. There ‘s no air conditioning though so it gets too hot in the summer and it’s a little hard to sleep at night when it’s hot.
