Benoit, Marie and Naomi at the front desk were very helpful and offered great info about places to go to and how to get there. They were very courteous and took their time to help us! Inet was also very kind and helpful getting us additional towels and washcloths for our room. She was super sweet!

Issue with room service

Only thing I would say is that the room service was poor. Tried to call for a pasta when we arrived around 9.30pm, the menu says available 24/7, when I rang room service they said room service had finished, I tried to ask why it said 24/7 on the menu and he said "speak to the kitchen" and put me through to someone who couldn't speak English, who then told me to speak to reception. Tried calling reception and no one answered. Eventually gave up. Other than that the hotel is nice. Clean, nice rooms and a good location

Great standard Hilton, just 10 minutes walk from the main square and was able to leave the car parked outside the hotel for the entire 24 hour stay. Would recommend as a stop over spot for Brussels!
