The location is 10/10. Delirium Village is 2 minutes away. Everything is within walking distance. Loads of restaurants around. Hotel is outdated but clean. Staff were friendly. It comes with free breakfast, so no complaints.

However, my room on the second floor had a basement-like feeling, with an unpleasant smell and a view dominated by noisy air-conditioning systems. The hotel worked for me for what I was looking for. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Outside the hotel can get a bit loud at night especially on weekends with all the bars in the vicinity but this is not an issue once you are in the hotel. Overall I would say it's a nice and affordable option for short time stays that also provides breakfast!

This place needs some serious renovations. The lobby is fine, but our room was simply put gross. The carpet was stained all over, the furniture looked like has never been replaced. Also, our room was right across the old elevator that made a weird, Chewbacca sound every five seconds. Imagine hearing that scream late at night and early in the morning all throughout the day. The bathroom and breakfast were nice.

I had a great time at the Floris Arlequin n Brussels. The location was perfect, really easy to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing with lots of tasty choices. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Brussels. Highly recommend!

The property is right in the heart of the old town, just off the main square, so central attractions were in close proximity. The bathroom was quite nice though the shower screen allowed water to the floor. The bedrooms and corridors upstairs are still dated and the carpet is probably the first in need of replacement.
