The place is nice, we like that there is access from the parking garage directly into the hotel. The breakfast was great, loved the variety. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned, there was no trash can near other than the restroom and before we left we found the trash can full of trash from the previous travelers that was left inside the closet area but the worst disappointment was how rude and unhelpful the staff was upon our arrival.

Our stay (Dec 26-28, 2024) at this Hilton property was disappointing, despite its excellent location. The room felt stuffy, which was already uncomfortable, but the bigger issue came when our toilet clogged a little after 10 PM. We tried calling guest services multiple times, but no one answered. My husband had to leave our room on the 5th floor and go all the way to the lobby just to use the washroom. He also reported the issue to the front desk, and we were assured someone would attend to it shortly. Unfortunately, we waited until 1 AM, and no one ever showed up. We had no choice but to go to bed and address it the next morning. Upon waking, we called the front desk again, and the staff member apologized, claiming the night shift had failed to pass on the issue. He promised to send someone immediately, but even four hours later, no one came. Thankfully, we were checking out that same morning. I brought up the incident during check-out, hoping for some resolution, but the staff casually apologized and said there was nothing he could do. This lack of accountability and service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Hilton. We expected better and left extremely disappointed.

Great location since this is located right next to Brussels central train station. We had access to the executive lounge however this room was not offering much food during the times we went inside. Bottled water was provided to us only in our room the very first night then after that we had to purchase these items each night. The rooms needed more lights to see inside and the bathrooms had hot water at all times. Our family would stay again if we decided to go back for a visit.

Great location. Close walking distance to Grand Place and the Galleries. The service is top-notch and all the staff was lovely. My only concern was that the elevators seemed to shake quite a bit when going up and down - not sure if it was the cold weather that affected the wires, but it was a bit concerning.

Location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite of a Brussel Central. Walkable to grand central place. Christmas market is just behind the hotel. A lot of local food. Must try the mussel menu at ommegang chalet just behind the hotel. It’s easy to take taxi to the airport, will take less than 30 minutes without traffic.

A great stay in the centre of the city
A great experience from check in to check out. Reception staff rushed out to get our cases when we parked in the wrong place in front of the hotel and gave detailed directions to get to the parking. We seemed to have been upgraded to an executive room, which was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a real treat, a bath and separate shower in the bathroom. Nice view from window across the rooftops to the belfry of the Town Hall. Although we had access to the Executive Lounge, we were so busy with family that we didn't have time to use it. Particularly impressed by the speed with which housekeeping resolved a blocked toilet. Breakfast offered a great choice of hot and cold food, salads, fruit and Sue loved the pancake machine. All in all a great stay and value for money.

Room 520. Too dark & too hot. The room does not have enough lights in the bedroom. It’s is far too dark. I put the aid on on when we went into the room as it was very hot. It was on the lowest temperature for 3 days never cooled down.

Large room, very friendly cleaners, friendly reception, location is nothing less than perfect - a lot of good things I don't want to sound picky, But there was a few elements which caught the eye - on Sundays there is no room service although the information onsite said there was, it is visible that the hotel is a bit worn out, the breakfast room is "well-packed", the safe in the room didn't work, the tea offered in the room was camomile

Location is brilliant with stone throw away from Brussels Central. Everything essential from sight seing to dining is very walkable and easily accesible. Staff are polite and helpful compared to other european cities. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Only downside is the bathroom, screen for shower booth wasn't sealed properly and water will leaked out from the booth and causing a big water pool. Overall it is a really pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay or recommend to anyone looking for a hotel near to the station
