A very comfortable hotel and well placed. All the places we wanted to visit in Brussels were a walk away but we enjoyed walking around the city in the glorious weather. More inclement weather might mean an Uber or taxi although the tram stops are not far away. Bc Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast option, preferring to use nearby cafes, so can’t comment on food options available.

We stayed for a weekend, the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling. After notifying reception they didn't think it was an issue, and couldn't move us as they said they didn't have any availability.

Great spaces whether for family or couples ie friends, loved the separated toilets in family king rooms, the location is kinda close to downtown but it needs some walking and good that 1 metro station is close to hotel. The only point i have to comment on is late check out policy which forced me to book another regular room and pay for half day.

Cool location in Saint Gilles, and the room was nice and clean. Ordering a meal at the "restaurant" was a sad mess, with no proper assistance or understanding from the staff. No questions about our stay at departure, I guess they didn't really care really. Too bad.

I booked here because it was a Hilton. I thought everything would be clear and easier, but first it was the parking fiasco. I would have liked the parking instructions to be provided after the booking. But I had to call and was given an address to park; i ended up in an unknown parking spot on a curved slope where the gate wouldn’t open… backing out of there was one of hardest things I had to do in my life… I was infuriated and when I called I was told “we can’t see you on the camera.” I mean… couldn’t you first apologize for my distress? Long story short, it was a mess… directions were again unclear at check in… the rooms were a little small with a big living room… I didn’t understand that. But, they kept my laptops when I forgot them behind at check out. That was very honest of them….. Nothing to do with the hotel… the food and surroundings was soooo great! Many restaurants and bars! Again… the burger joint called Green Mango is the best!!!

What's not to like?!? Great location, well kept rooms AND most importantly wonderful, friendly, polite and professional staff... Anis, Jean Pierre, Catherine, the house keeping staff 'Maria' (I think that's her name!) , though methinks, ALL the staff we had the privilege of meeting at Hilton Garden Inn were as a constant to give great hospitality and an excellent experience!! Have stayed in many hotels through the years, though it's the colleagues who makes the best memories of course; the eternal quest for the best is what all travellers want and with Hilton Garden Inn, you are assured of course ☺️ !! Much appreciated nice people !!

The room was located on the 5th floor, which wasn’t an issue apart from the lift was being repaired from Monday so we had 3 days of stairs including brining our cases down on the final day. The room itself was brilliant for a family of four with 2 being teenage daughters. Lots of space for everyone to use. Coffee and tea were not replenished during our stay and various items unfortunately broke. Our wine bottle opener broke and when we called down to see if one could possibly bring us one up (baring in mind the lift was not in use) we were told one would be sent; an hour later I went down to request it to be told by the bar staff I had to bring it back as it was the only one. 5 floors back to the room and then 5 floors back to the bar. On the final night, our entire floor had no hot water and this continued into the next morning. Whilst checking out I was told they knew this was an issue and that they would be issuing me a 25% refund on the final night as compensation however this hasn’t yet come through.
