Amazing location for visiting Brussels. So close to tourist attractions and all the dining options. Very close so several stops and stations. The room was modern and spacious. Breakfast included was tasty and had a pretty decent variety. Affordable pricing as well in the area. The only thing to note is there is no house cleaning on Sundays if you need your room cleaned everyday.

The hotel was in a good location and very convenient to walk to the main area of Brussels. The only concern I had with the hotel was the strange smell in my rooms. It could be the humidity or the AC, but the smell bothered me throughout my 2 night stay. Though the staff tried their best to help me and resolve, unfortunately the smell was still there.

The hotel is very good to access the nicer parts of Brussels quickly. However the hotel is on a corner very close the apartments opposite which was the view that we had from our room. The area was very noisy although that is not the fault of the hotel. The room itself was ok, there were stains on the carpets of our room but the room was clean. The beds were awful. We had two single beds and both of us did not sleep well at all, very soft and when you turned over it felt like you would roll off the bed. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3. The hotel staff dealt with us satisfactorily but we didn't really ask anything or raise our issues with them.

Comfy weekend stay

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast excellent. The pub on the corner was loud on Saturday evening with live music but stopped at 10.30pm. Good location for attractions and metro.

I have booked this hotel for 3 couple and 2 single ladies. For couple i have booked queen bed rooms and 1 twin bed room for 2 single ladies and i got confirmation from Expedia for the room category i choose. Upon arrival on 27 July, my client called me and informed me that there is no twin bed room available and hotel staff only offered queen room even if we booked and paid well in advance.
