Building is dated, with only a few areas renovated. If you're not spending a lot of time at the hotel, this works as the location is excellent.

The staff at this property are extremely friendly and make the stay enjoyable. This is what I would expect from a good boutique hotel. PLUS... Great location and the larger rooms are quite comfortable. Would recommend it.

This hotel is close to the center. All the area is very walkable. You have close metro stations. We went in December so the center had the Christmas market. .

Truly a perfect base to visit Brussels, Location could not be better, 5 min walk to everything you would want to visit around the city center. The staff immediately makes you feel at home and go above and beyond when accommodating you. The room was very clean, and very spacious, bathroom/shower was clean and everything worked as it should. 100% would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Great location and friendly staff
This was a great place for me to stay. No thrills, but it was clean, the staff was friendly and, most important to me, the location was great. Close to the train station and blocks away from city highlights.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - right in the city center of Brussels. Even with this proximity, it manages to be quiet at night. The rooms themselves are definitely old and somewhat unclean. Good if you want to be close or city center - but would be nice if they could clean the rooms and showers a bit more thoroughly. The staff are are awesome tho!
