I really liked the retro art nouveau decor inside the unit I found it neat and the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The location is great right by the subway to get you around town. I was up on the 5th floor facing away from the street and had no noise complaints. The hotel looks cool from the outside too it’s in the skyscraper area of Brussels but it’s an older builder that stands out. Price wasn’t bad either I’m glad I stayed in Brussels I found it to be an interesting city
I loved this place the breakfast is fabulous it is right next to the metro shopping district right next door comfy bed deep soaking tub and some of the nicest hotel staff you will find
Located close to metro station and 5 minutes from train central.Walkable to main attractions and shopping.

Regular hotel
Old hotel (it also smelled weird), everything was old from AC to iron and fridge.
The glasses in the room were dirty and the breakfast wasn't that tasty (better go to a coffee)
Good location tho, the center is about 20min walking and the checkout was quick
Convenient for the metro which connected easily to the Gare de Midi. Good friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Street was noisy from constant blue lit emergency vehicles even at night.
Not able to sleep unless windows were closed, then very good insulation from the noise.
This is an older hotel situated about 20 minutes walk into central Brussels.
Check in was easy and quick.
Room was big for a single room and had everything you would need.
The hotel is slightly dated and could possibly do with bringing into the 21st century.
Breakfast was ok but not amazing however as it was included in the room rate I won't grumble.
The only downside was the free WiFi was absolutely awful. A pain to log into and then it dropped out every three seconds.
Nice room, convenient location. Only confusion was over breakfast. They told us in advance it was complimentary (which it was) but there were signs all over with a price.
Hotel in a great location, very close to metro & tram stop & shopping centre. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed, fridge in room, luggage storage and friendly & helpful staff
The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very convenient to a metro station. About a 15 min walk to the Grand Palace and many dining options. The breakfast was the best I had during my travels in Belgium and very good. The room was fine but could have used a fan as no A/C but was not uncomfortable. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again when in Belgium. Thank you.
Close to public transport, the male receptionist at the time of our check in was not accommodating.

It is nice unique old Hotel. Amenities were okay. Bed was okay. It had a Fan inside the room but it was old and not helping. Room needs a AC desperately. It would be hard to stay in that room in months of July, August, and September. Staff and breakfast were okay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The hotel is very dated but something charming about it, the hotel is spotless, room cleaned everyday. The location is great with access to trains, buses and trams, you can walk to the grand place in 10 mins and Brussels central station also 10 min walk. We had a room overlooking the busy main road with two sets of balcony doors, it was nice listening to the hustle and bustle of a busy city and we were so tired from walking all day that we slept through the noise at night. However the Friday night was busier and we tried to get 2hrs sleep before heading to the airport and couldn’t. We had breakfast included and it was good! Filled us up for the day.
