There was no staff available at the front desk or elsewhere on the main floor of the hotel for most of my 7-day stay. One evening, I needed to place an international call to reach someone in the hotel when my room key failed to let me enter the main door of the hotel and no one answered the doorbell.
Very poor room soundproofing, and the room door could not be closed without forcing the closure which did not get fixed despite reporting the issue.
There are no USB connections anywhere in the room and no electric outlets available at the bedside. I often had to reinitiate the hotel WIFI connection during the day which dropped off unexpectedly.
The size of the TV was smaller than a regular computer monitor, so small and so far from the bed that you could not read the subtitles. It also only offered a few channels mostly in Dutch and German. While listing the other national and international channels, it did not give you access to them.
The bathroom lacked facial towels and shampoo, but this was addressed by the cleaning room staff who was professional and helpful in their response, and the only professional staff seen in the hotel during my stay.
