Lots of undesirable people hang around in side streets as hotel across from station. We made sure we ate early and returned to hotel before dark

The room and the hotel in general were clean and well maintained. Very handy location for the Eurostar and local metro. Breakfast was ok, but not enough staff around to restock items. Bar was good, but barman was unfriendly and rude at times.

Overnight Stay

We got to hotel 3 hrs early and were hoping to just leave luggage until check in time, but were able to check in to room early. Had good priced drinks at bar that evening and also had a couple of pizzas were great for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was good value for money with a good enough spread. We stayed there just for one night on our way from Bruges to Paris and couldn’t get a better location literally across the road from the train station. All staff were amazing to deal with will definitely stay again

The hotel's in a great spot, close to everything. It's a buzzing area, so maybe not the best if you want peace and quiet. But the hotel itself is clean, the rooms are big, and there's a nice bar. Breakfast was amazing, with something for everyone. I loved it there and would totally go back. The only thing that would've made it perfect was a mini-fridge in the room.

Its location is perfect for us because we were travelling by train. The hotel is right across the road from the Eurostar Brussels midi (zuid) station. The area around the station is just ok. The hotel itself is fabulous inside, the staff are lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that we arrived in the morning and have to check in our luggages in their locker room that costs some money. It’s the first time we have ever paid to store our luggages in hotel. The main attractions of the city are about 30 minutes walk distance. Would recommend.

Room was fine and towels changed daily though didn't ask for that. Felt 9 euros for 2 hours was a bit steep. Breakfast good enough though had to ask for certain foodstuffs to be replaced as run out.

A great location as we were travelling by train, the hotel is right across the road from the Eurostar Brussels midi (zuid) station. The area around the station is scruffy with lots of people hanging around but we didn’t feel intimidated or worried by it. The hotel itself is fabulous inside, the staff are lovely and the room was massive, clean and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. The only negative is that to leave luggage there is a locker system that costs either 6 or 9 euros depending on the size of locker (we opted for the largest and got 2 large backpacks and 2 small rucksacks in and there was spare room). It’s the first time we have ever paid to leave luggage. The main attractions of the city are about a 20 minute walk away, it is flat and an easy walk. Would recommend.
