Property is at nice location, in front of Brussels Central. Major attractions of this city is walkable. I find major eateries and shopping area near to property. Staffs are good. Need to provide basic amenities in room as well as no elevator for sixth floor. Avoid 6th floor if you have baggage.

The location of the hotel is amazing! It’s close to all the major attractions, the hop on and off bus stops and Brussels central. We were able to take the train from airport to the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful! Rooms are smaller than they look in the pictures though and there are no water fountains to fill in a bottle. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Stayed for one night, room was small but for our purpose it was fine. Bathroom also particularly small, but shower had very good water pressure. Bed very comfy. Location was the selling point, perfect spot for both transport links and walking to the main sites.

The location is perfect if you are planning to visit Brussels through the train, you don't need a taxi, just walk 300m. Additionally the hotel is placed in the center of the city, which is very convenient to walk the city.

Fantastic location right near Grand Place. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Walkable to all major attractions. Room is very quiet as well. Triple room is spacious but lacks storage/closet space. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, room is clean. Very pleasant staff, the only issue was the shower head in my room 101 was in a very awkward spot and very hard to adjust. Other than that, we had a good stay and would stay again!

Great Location

My family stayed in Brussels 1 night on a longer vacation. The location of this hotel is amazing. Local shops, food options, entertainment and shopping all a few steps from the door. And the Grand Place a block away. The hotel for the closeness of the tourist areas was surprisingly quiet. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet as well. There is an area to store your luggage. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

They were doing construction in the hallways so it was very dark on the second floor. Fortunately to room had electricity and seemed to work ok except for the ac. They did bring a fan we we called to ask.
