Our room was lovely and we had windows overlooking the Christmas Market. Property was clean and well cared for. Although a little dated I would stay here again if and when we come back to Brussels.

The hotel was run down , shower was not working properly. Water flowing out of the shower into the bathroom floor . Can see it has been happening for a long time as there were rotten wooden door frames . Things were falling apart in the bathroom.

This is in the perfect location from the metro and walking distance around the square and all the shopping. The walls are a little noisy when someone is running water but to me that was white noise. The room was spacious and I LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom. We had a fantastic time in Brussels and would definitely stay here again.

The good; location, the price, spacious room (Elite), size of bed which was also comfortable. The bad; staff oblivious to client needs, ran out of soap in the room told reception but no response. Weirdly left all the doors to the rooms open when cleaners not in there, came back to find room door wide open, no sign of anybody. Smell of restaurant in morning. No attention to detail e.g rose hanging off lamp, holes in ceiling, unfortunately the rooms were generally tired with what looked like DIY fixes. The Ugly; shower flooding bathroom as seals weren't in place took me an age to mop up with towels.

Great location right in the Brussels city center. The condition of the room and bathroom wasn't great, quite a bit of wear and tear. Good reception facilities and able to store luggage before and after check in/out. The noise was quite prominent in our room, you could hear loudly the other guests in the hallways and also the water flushing from other rooms in the building.

Finding this property was awful. It was so stressful and confusing. The rooms are large enough for a family which is nice. We have three kids and we fit well in the room. It’s old and outdated and seemed kind of dirty. That may be a product of being outdated. Carpet frayed, damaged walls, etc. The staff were friendly enough and did try to be helpful.

The property is in a good location and walkable to everything. Just note that there’s no available transportation at the doorstep of the hotel so you have to carry your luggage from the drop off point. We got a room for four people and one bed is located at the mezzanine with very steep stair which is only good for young people.

Property was in a great location. Walkable to all attractions and Central station. Lots of great restaurants and bars around. Property itself is fairly basic but has coffee in the room and refrigerator. Beds were comfy and I would recommend for the price
