Hotel room and staff were excellent however I had a noisy neighbor above me that would constantly be pacing back and forth then I had to put in earplugs to get to sleep I would recommend this place and I would stay here again but no longer than one night
Lovely modern hotel, different way of doing things from a traditional hotel, and it works! Great staff, clean room, fabulous breakfast. Only downside, not much furniture in the rooms means you are literally living out of your suitcase.
The staff was very helpful especially with figuring out the bike/scooter situation. The weather was beautiful and having the balcony was phenomenal. Even the bar and food near the lobby were terrific.
A great hotel for a short stay. Easily walkable to the main tourist locations. There is a very friendly vibe, with young staff, free drinks on arrival and a 24/7 bar. The bar/reception/restaurant area looks more like a nightclub than a hotel - and that’s exactly what we were looking for. An excellent spot, we will definitely visit again.
We really enjoy staying at this hotel in Brussels - it’s a little bit quirky and the staff are really friendly! Breakfast is also great! Everything really fresh and plentiful! We will be back again! We also enjoy being close enough to walk to the touristy attractions in the centre, but far enough out to be out of the mayhem!

Room was great with a nice view , really quiet to say how much of a busy area around the property is with shops etc.
