Nice hotel in a good location. 10min walk from grand place , train station 8min walk away . Plenty of restaurant’s & bars nearby. As for the hotel the room was ok a little dated . It was a hot weekend and the aircon was very weak even set on minimum in the room, we did complain about but nothing got done. The bathroom was nice , main shower flow a bit on the weak side . Apart from that the service was friendly and good

Excellent area at the back of cathedral, breakfast is really good. Staff very helpful and friendly. It’s in the heart of the tourist district. We will come back in this hotel for sure. Recommended for family of 4.

This is the single worst hotel stay I have experienced during my extensive travelling to Brussels. Rude and unhelpful staff, a passport and wallet that went missing, and turned up days later without informing us. I strongly advise you stay elsewhere.

An amazing stay! Staff is there to accommodate with making your stay memorable. Location is very safe and very walkable to many cafes/sites/restaurants. We stayed 4 nights and glad we did with room overlooking park. Will definitely go back.

it is well located close to almost everything you need to see in Brussels. It is also close to major shopping area. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Few minutes walk to the nearest Metro Station. The Property is clean but not as excellent as other NH Collection we were before in other countries/cities. Our room is very quiet. Staff are very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend this property when you want to visit Brussels.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the city centre. The receptionist was pleasant and polite. The reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 was because some amenities appeared skimpy. There was no coffee or tea in the room (soon remedied with a phone call) and the shower soaps were close to empty.
