Hotelwise, walking distance to sightseeing sites and train. Also close to bus tours bought through Expedia. Nice breakfast. Often had candy/treats in lobby. Although, clean and dirty water cups are easy to confuse. Help desk/person could be more traveler friendly. Was not that helpful or friendly when asking for help. Roomwise, it was standard snd clean. Shower does not have complete door so easy to leak water. Bathroom door slides but leaves space so not completely private.

A Shocking Scam at Radisson Collection Brussels

My stay at Radisson Collection Brussels started well but ended in shocking dishonesty. After checkout, I realized I’d left my passport in the safe. While calling, they tried charging €470 to my card! Staff then accused me of breaking the TV which was already damaged when I arrived. They produced two employees who claimed otherwise, using their 'professional' status as proof, and stating why didn't I report it? I clearly explained I didn’t care about the TV, or what if I never saw it was broken? and if they are claiming that it was in working condition before my stay does me reporting it really matters? Exhausted by their harassment, I agreed to pay €470 under duress only for them to later charge €370 with no explanation. This wasn’t about retrieving my passport (which they were legally required to return), but to end their relentless pressure. I repeatedly stated this wasn’t an admission of guilt. The manager showed zero empathy, prioritizing their false claim over my stay. Radisson Group blindly backed the hotel’s sham investigation, declaring, 'The TV was working before your stay' no real scrutiny, no consideration staff might lie. This experience proves they value €370 (or €470 who knows?) over customer dignity. Radisson, you’ve lost me and my network. If you value your money or sanity, stay elsewhere. Your choice to enable scams over integrity is disgraceful.

On Expedia, we booked a room that said it was a king bed and a twin bed. When we arrived at the property, we were given a room with just two twin beds, that smelled like rotten eggs. When we complained, we were given one one that had the proper number of beds, but they failed to disclose that the twin was a cot. Not a regular twin bed. Couldn’t use the cot because you could easily feel the springs when you tried to lay on it. The room also only had a window into the inside courtyard of the hotel. Brussels offers many choices in higher end hotels. To choose the Radisson and be given a subpar room with subpar lighting was a disappointment. We won’t be back. PS - the fridge in the room has a weight sensor. So if you decide to store your own blueberries in there – expect someone to come by to inspect it to make sure you haven’t stolen any of their small drinks.

Property was walking distance to Brussels Centraal station (5 minute walk). Less than 5 minutes to the central town. Bartenders Marat and Vahe were absolutely wonderful and outstanding service - Marat makes the best Bramble cocktail!!!! Thank You Thank You for taking such good care of us!!!

Not a 5 star hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel it is more like 3-4. Does not look hygienic, me, my mother and my 3 years old girl had some sort of bedbugs bites, as all of us had some skin condition. It looked like red acne, I assume it was the bedbug or caused by not clean towels or bed linens. Housekeeping stuff was good and attentive. But everyday we had to remind for free water service, they never wanted to give free water, I had to call 3 times from the room everyday to get water. Even breakfast area did not look clean. Only thing good is the location. Walking distance to the landmarks. I also believe they lied to me when I wanted to change my room, as it was too far from the lift and I had a small child. Reception stuff member said , they are fully booked, but another stuff member said, if I pay more to upgrade they will provide me with a different room. However I was eligible for a free upgrade but they refused to give it to me, plus lied to me saying fully booked. Overall very bad impression this hotel gave me. I booked 2 rooms spend thousands of pounds but was not worth at all…
