Pros: great location, very nice front desk staff. Cons: almost no exterior signage (enter via Cafe Dandy), bizarre labyrinthian internal layout with lots of inconvenient wee staircases, rooms almost as compact as a capsule hotel — well organized and efficient if you’re alone, otherwise not so great. Shower is in the room and even with door securely shut, water…goes…EVERYWHERE.

Location is very good. Hotel at night is noisy from outdoor party goers until 1 to 2 am. Language could be a barrier, if you dont know French.

I am extremely pleased with the staff of the hotel, specially the guys at the reception. They were very helpful and always very responsive to all of our questions and needs. They certainly made our stay a great and unforgettable one. The hotel could not have a better location, close to restaurants, shops and important landmarks in the city. Thanks to all!

Ideal location for walking beautiful Brussels & accessing metro Rooms are immaculate & well appointed If sharing junior suite room, be aware tub & sink are exposed to entire room Because of location, late night street noise is an issue if you need to be up early

The hotel consists of 2 floors in an apartment building. The lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to put makeup, shave, etc. The breakfast was not worth it. The staff was very nice and friendly. The shower was badly designed and water would come out
