A wonderful place to rest and relax for those long layovers. Walk out the front entrance of the airport and cross rhe street. You have arrived. Staff is extremely courteos and the dine-in option will not disappoint. Very clean.

The hotel is just opposite to Brussels airport main entry, very convenient and easy to reach. Some construction work around the area but nothing to worry about. Rooms are quiet and have the BEST beds I have tried in many years!!

Extremely conveniently located across the airport for travelers with very early morning flights with a long train journey to the airport. Very clean and quiet. Spacious room and comfortable bed and bedding. Appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine.

Check in was efficient if aloof. Onsite restaurant food selection was quite limited. Self serve snack and drink area was a novel idea although very overpriced; you'd be better off walking across to the airport for more choice and better prices. Proximity to the airport is outstanding and the room was comfortable and quiet. Access the hotel from the departures level of the airport.

Great place to stay if you need something close to the airport, I was worried about plane noise, but the property is well soundproof. Stuff were a little slow in the downstairs restaurant but great food which made up for it.

Our room with a king bed was given away due to overbooking and they tried to put us in a room with 2 single beds, and only after insisting that this would not work did they then give us another room with a king and rollaway bed and we wondered why this wasn’t offered initially…the hotel clearly has a monopoly due to the fact that it’s at the airport so there’s no incentive to honor what they promise.
