The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Excellent location excellent staff and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Got a room with a beautiful view as well as access to the lounge. Well, worth paying extra for the access to the lounge.

Room too warm, road outside was noisy (on 15th floor) with window closed. I tried to order a drink at the bar: was asked to take a seat but waited 10 mins and no-one came to take my order and I gave up.
