Great hotel! A bit far from tourist area but metro is just there. Convenient to ride bus to/from airport. I got an upgrade and even though we had issues with our AC, stuff came fast, took care of the issue and changed our room. There is a very friendly guy at the reception that explained how to visit Bruges and provided tips, etc!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The beds were especially comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. One big plus was that our room was ready early in the morning, and the staff had no problem letting us check in before the standard time, which was a huge help after a long journey. The location is also excellent—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient. There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shower design caused water to overflow into the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, the staff could have been a bit friendlier. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel with a lot of positives, especially in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and location. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The room was well laid out, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and there were great amenities available. The hotel was modern and welcoming. We used the spa and the well-equipped gym. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Thon Hotel EU remains an excellent property if you need a place to stay in the European Quarter. Very walkable, eaasy access to bus lines and the metro and their staff make every stay memorable.

Wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The metro is just outside the hotel making transport around the city very easy. The room was clean and nicely styled. The room and bathroom were easy enough to move around in. Definitely will stay again.

It is very well maintained, Staff is good and customer oriented, Location is excellent and well protected hotel with good security measures. Only point we noticed is we don't get to change settings in room for Thermostat. It is controlled by management. if we need more air, it is not feasible. Not a major issue though. Great stay, Very Good Hotel and very happy with our stay.
