Pros: We liked how convenient it is to Bryce Canyon and not a terrible price to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked that it came with the breakfast buffet. Good room size. Cons: Not enough parking by the rooms. The room smelt musty when we walked in. We opened the two windows to clear it out. Our bathtub/shower still had hair in it. The hot water was not hot and didn’t stay at a constant temperature it fluctuated alot during your shower. The beds weren’t that comfortable and you could hear the water from all your neighbors, the shutting of the doors etc. My husband didn’t like the dinner buffet. He said for the price they should have more options.

We used the hotel only for a night-stay, and did not use many facilities. We liked what we used. The hotel is old, and the staff good. The biggest value it brings is convenience - hotel / restaurant / gas station / shuttle bus stop - all at the same place. Could not ask for more.
