This was relayed to someone at the office. I was told I was getting a king size bed instead I was placed on accessible room with dirty bathroom. We had to wear our sandals to take a shower.

This hotel was on a convenient location the Bryce National Park and not far from the free shuttle that operates within the park. It’s a large property with a grocery store (a little pricey) and gift shop. The free breakfast was filling with a variety of options for everyone including fresh fruit and yogurt. You eat in the restaurant with a self serve buffet and waiters that refill drinks and clean up the plates when you’re done. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly. You can park directly in front of your door. Our room smelled strongly of dog odor and the air conditioner did not seem to cool the room well. The rooms were spacious. We had two king beds and plenty of space to store clothing. These rooms have a dark, cabin like feel so if you’re looking for a modern, light feeling, this may not be for you. Our shower did not drain well and there were loose floor tiles in the bathroom. They supply plenty of bath towels and check out is simple.

It’s all about location. A short drive or right at the shuttle stop for Bryce Canyon. Has everything on site, shop, pool, restaurant etc. There are a lot of people staying here and so the restaurant is busy with queues. Rooms are a bit dark and tired but no one spends much time there. Staff were all really helpful. Shop has full grocery for those camping and high quality hiking gear.
