Everything good except that the bathroom fan was too noisy and the bathtub was very squeaky as you step on it. I selected the room with lake and river view but the lake was all dry and there was no river. Other than that Everything was excellent.

The good: Close to the park entry. Big hotel with shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast. Rooms are ok. Not so good: Rooms are spread in different buildings that can be pretty far from the main building. Indoor pool is too small for the size of the hotel, very crowded during our stay. A bit pricey.

Excellent hotel in Bryce

This is a really nice property, with impressive history and character. Further, it has lots of excellent amenities including a well stocked general store, nice photograph store, laundromat, and a souvenir shop. The onsite restaurant is excellent. Provides a good variety of dishes across breakfast - lunch- dinner. We especially liked the hot breakfast buffet and the lunch salad bar. The room is very spacious and adequately furnished. Overall, very pleased with the hotel. Will be happy to stay here again.

Great location, Right by the shuttle bus stop to Bryce, nice breakfast included, huge store for gifts, food or necessities, even had a liquor store. We had a lake view room but unfortunately the lake was dry. We took the car to go to breakfast. Due to the high altitude it was difficult for my 82 year old husband to walk the distance without breathing problems.

There are one or two hotels at the entrance of Bryce Canyon national park. The location is so great that even this hotel with this outdated facility can cost over $200 per night. The room smelled bad, like old dogs or mildew? For one night, I am ok but for multiple nights, I would stay at the other more expensive hotel. Extremely limited options for dining around here; the hotel restaurant or pizza restaurant next to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was super crowded and the other offered pizza and some chicken rice bowls. The restaurants close early even in the summer. So, be aware if you are hiking in late afternoon. Also, don’t unload your luggages at check in, you will need to drive to another building for locating your room.
