OK but missing some small points.

I was missing a way to heat water in the room to make myself tea. There is a small coffee machine that can handle only a tiny amount of water and the water comes out with a taste of coffee. I would have also appreciated more options for somebody that is allergic to gluten, vegan and wants to eat healthy. There is only plain white bread, oranges and apples.

A lot of noise on floor from 2nd floor. I did not like breakfast staffs, especially, those servers, they are not really to serve guests. They just want tips, of course, I gave tips even I got bad service.

This property was ok. It was great that it was so close to Bryce Canyon, but food was expensive and not much selection. We were on the first floor and every time somebody took a step in the room above us, the floor boards creaked so loudly. We all woke up every time they took a step all night. For this reason alone, we would never stay there again. Breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap all had a wonderful, lemony scent.

Would have been a perfect stay, but we were in the first floor and you can hear every step of the people on the second floor. We were up until midnight and woke up at 5am because of the creaking and banging on the ceiling. So if you chose a room, get the second floor.

This is a large property with several buildings. We stayed in the Ponderosa Lodge which is quite outdated, especially the bathroom. This building is also very noisy. It was clean. The location to Bryce Canyon is excellent. The restaurant was outstanding. The service was excellent and the food was good and served promptly. They seated you promptly even though it was busy. They also operate the gas station across the road and fuel was reasonably priced considering the location.

We had a great stay. I loved how close this was to Bryce Canyon National Park. It made taking both sunrise and sunset photos a breeze. We also enjoyed the pool and breakfast.
