The electricity was out in our building only. All other buildings had electricity. So that meant cold showers in the morning and no heat. So we left earlier than expected. Told the front desk at 6:30 am and they could care less. They could have at least offered a room with electricity. I've stayed here multiple times over the years and this was the only bad experience I've had there. Not sure if I'll return after this visit.

December Bryce Canyon trip
The room heater was a bit annoying cutting on every few minutes and off again all night. The rooms are clean but a bit outdated but it was great for the money. The restaurant, food and service was great! It was the only place open during our December trip.

Great property with everything you need. Room was spacious and clean. On site grocery was helpful and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was large and fun for the end of a day hiking. Buffet dinner left a lot to be desired for price point but due to off season there were no other options and again staff were friendly. Overall, we would stay again.
