Excellent Room for the Price

I've stayed in several hotels around Bryce, and this one is the best by far for the price. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Ok place by Bryce Canyon

Location was nice. Room was clean, but was missing some things; no toiletries and no shower curtain! Asked for soap at the lobby, none available. Was told housekeeping would drop some by, that didnt happen. Beds were a bit old, and too soft, my partner and I got the roll into each other trampoline effect. Generally outdated.

Maybe we had a bad room, but our experience was very different from the high ratings this hotel had online. Pros: Just outside Bryce Canyon/less than 10 minutes away so great proximity. There's a big outdoor pool & hot tub that feel great after a day of hiking. Room has Directv & HBO with multiple HBO chanels. (but not SmartTVs, so no Netflix, etc) Cons: Our AC ran for hours & hours, and the room never cooled. The bed was hard/a cheap mattress. Room had no travel toiletries, no soap, and not even a soap dish in the bathroom. The office closed at 9pm, and no one answered our call when we called a bit after that to see if we could switch rooms due to the air conditioning not working. Some rooms adjacent to the front office may have been fine, but ours was across the entire property and attached to the restaurant, so it made more sense to drive to the pool/office.

Checking was easy and friendly. The room was ok, enough towels. Everything was ok, but the bed was very uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep through the night, and woke up with a back pain.

Room not clean

Outside of place looks very nice. Rooms not so much. Really dated, furniture old. Bed not comfortable. Carpet was yuck. Checked in and lady was very friendly we went to our room and it had not been cleaned. Called front desk and they were nice and helpful. Changed us rooms. Service was good but rooms not so much. Wouldn’t recommend.

The advertising for this property is false the pictures are Not what the rooms and facilities look like. The pool and hot tub were out of order super disappointing and the room was filthy the carpets were not clean they felt dirty on your feet and they don’t even vacuum along the baseboards as there were dead flies and bugs all along them, and the furnishings are old and very dirty. The bed frame was broken and dangerous with sharp metal sticking out. The entry into the room was one trip hazard after another so please watch your step there isn’t any warning. I wouldn’t recommend this property!! there are many better places for a similar price in the area.

I stayed in one of the cottages, and the furniture was dated, plus it looked nothing like the furniture on the website. I had a room with big, bulky furniture, a big bulky four-poster bed that obstructed the view of the TV. The WIFI for the hotel did not reach out to the cottages and my cell service was not the best. Thankfully, I wasn't in the room that much since I was out in the park or surrounding areas exploring/hiking. I was pretty disappointed with this cottage. I personally would not stay at this property again.

部屋は清潔でしたが、コーヒーメーカーのコンセントがささっていなかった為使えなかった。また、少し不潔な感じだったので、持参した紙コップにお水を入れて、電子レンジでお湯を沸かし、持参のドリップコーヒーでしのぎました。 あと、お風呂の排水が悪く、なかなか流れなかったのが、少し評価を下げた理由です。
