Owner needs to care more about their business

Needs a serious update. Exposed pipes in tub. Way over priced. Someone needs to help them with the breakfast service or just don’t offer it. Hotels.com should drop them. The rate they have must be fake.

Great location, close, but not too close

Great location. Subway & resturant & bar on site. Older but well designed for comfort. Write up said 20 min walk to Park entrance...but that was the turn off to the park...another 30 min to walk to shuttle at entrance. Not quite walkable but definitely bikeable

exterior door didn't work

exterior door did not have chain and deadbolt didn't work clerk swore it did so we walked back to the room and she saw it didn't she said the little button on the door knob was sufficient security I insisted on another room

I was admitted to the ER the day before the check-in date after booking the room the day prior. I called to cancel or reschedule to the following weekend or have a credit for the future and it wasn't allowed, probably would of enjoyed the stay and recommended to stay here to future customers but i think management should look into cancelation policies and have some exceptions. Ill be booking with a different hotel next time.

This property needs a lot of work from repairs to upgrading TV's. Room had a small (24") TV that did not even work. Breakfast was over cooked sausage patties, powdered eggs and very limited. lady overseeing the breakfast looked like she did not want to be there and sat behind podium the entire time looking at her phone.

It feels very cheap & dated. Lights in the rooms may not work & breakfast is very limited & some items were stale. It gives a rustic wibe. The views of the mountains around are great. Good for very basic needs & in & out night.

Bryce Canyon Resort Motel - stay Aug 2025

The property is listed as a resort, however it is a motel. It is old and a bit run down. I was expecting something better for the price paid. The coffee machine was not working, I had to get a different one from the front desk, which was physically broken but working. The people at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast was OK.

Dated and worn, except for a new sink. Spacious room relatively comfortable beds. Quiet location. But...thin towels, doors that didn't close, broken security lock, weird and hard to operate shower controls, noisy AC, half done paint job, and broken tiles in bath. Also, there was a $14.99/day "daily resort fee" not included in the advertised price, that was added to the bill. Nobody could explain that to me. We'll skip it next time.

Old hotel, but very roomy. A bug landed on my face in the night and I wiped it on the sheet. Didn't sleep much after that. I suggest tgey spray regularly for bugs.

Close to Bryce Canyon and a good option if you are traveling with a pet. Free Continental breakfast at the neighboring steakhouse was good.
