Our room was outdated and had an extremely squeaky bathroom floor. that made us feel bad for downstairs tenant The included breakfast has a nice spread and is located in a music hall that looks like it could be fun for events. We did not like that the front office, breakfast, pool, our room, etc. were all in separate buildings and with it being only in the 20s F in the morning, we skipped several amenities. It's part of the surrounding Ruby's Inn so you have access to their pool but if doing again. I'd stay directly with them. Proximity to national parks is a plus.

Perfect spot, very close to park entrance. Room was nice, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was ok. Several people waiting to check in when we arrived, but the staff was very fast.

As soon as we opened the door, we were overwhelmed by the smell of air freshener. I don't know if they were trying to cover any odor/smell but it was so overwhelming we had to leave the door and window open to dissipate the smell of the air freshener. Room was small and dated.

First of all, the staff at the reception was not friendly at all. Asked for room changed n she said “no can’t do anymore.” Very abrupt no courtesy at all. Then when arrived at the room looked like a motel 6 n not worthy over $200/night. Anyway, very disappointed!! The room itself was okay not too clean, smell musty.

The property was close to restaurants and shops. It was super convenient to shuttles into the park and the buses ran pretty early. Breakfast at the restaurant on the property had standard toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, and sausage. The dinner and show was a lot of fun. The food was pretty good - chicken and pork with good bbq sauce.

Paid too much for this room for 2 nights, but at time of booking, only option. 5 buildings & only 20 rooms? occupied. After leaving, two nights later room price was 75% off. Tourist numbers down. No elevator. Steps to second floor. Breakfast was in 2 separate restaurants, not connected to Lodge. Two Queens stuffed into a small room. Had to move chairs around to get to the bath area. Old property that had been renovated. Mon. & Tues in Bryce City, UT, shops are closed.

Low budget consequences

Great location and convenient for park goers. The neighboring amenities are great. The lodges are the low budget option of the Ruby’s Inn group of hotels that control the entrance to the Park. Parking is convenient and the area was quiet. But you definitely get a low budget quality in the rooms. The bathroom area floor was so creeky upstairs, I would ask for the lower floor rooms. The smell of weed emanating from the AC was so pervasive, we had to ask for another room the second night. Fortunately they obliged. So great location, great parking, great amenities, but low budget issues with the room. I would try for the other Ruby’s Inn hotel options if available.

The hotel was ok. It's in need of some updates which just gives the feeling that it's worn out and tired. It seemed clean enough, and it was great having a free, decent breakfast with the stay.
