5 FROGS is without a doubt, the nicest place that I have ever had the privilege of staying at in all of Mexico. It's manager, Melissa bent over backwards In attempt to meet my needs and to answer my questions She is, extremely friendly, always has a smile on het face and always has an answer to any questions I had. The bartender was also consistently in a good mood and always happy to provide assistance. He has such a great attitude and extremely funny - Such a great sense of humor. The property itself consists of a number of condos. The entire condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. They have two pools which were a perfect comfortable temperature. The lobby area basically consists of a little bar/restaurant. They have a tapas style menu and every single item on that menu is mouth wateringly delicious and so affordable. The units are also very affordable! A 2 or 3 minute walk to a delightful coffee and pastry shop. The location is a 4 minute walk to the beach, shops and markets.

Very unique and interesting property. New owners so some developing to do. Staff focuses on drawing others and don’t prioritize existing clients as much as I’d have liked. Very clean and quite nice rooms. A bit busy. Had a fundraiser event in the lobby which is great but displaced us as paying clients.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The full kitchen made it perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay, and having two pools was a fantastic bonus. The location couldn’t have been better—just half a block from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff went above and beyond, offering top-notch service and thoughtful touches like a complimentary drink at both check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this gem—can’t wait to come back!

We had a terrific stay at 5 Frogs. The whole team that work there really made the stay. The happy hour with appetizers was such a nice experience and the rooms very comfortable. Beds amazing and rooms with kitchenette's fully stocked. Shop around the corner to pick up food and refreshments. Felt right at home.

The ONLY place to stay in Bucerias!!!
This newly renovated (but kept the mexican charm) is amazing. We will not stay anywhere else in Bucerias. Tapas bar delicious and friendly staff, the apartments are absolutely beautiful, with each having its own theme, stocked with new appliances, and character, clean, 2 pools and the most lovely experience for our firat time in Bucerias. We enjoyed every moment.

Charming and perfectly situated. Felt safe and comfortable - the room has everything we needed and we were right at the beach, has our own bar with tapas menu, lovely pools for when we had enough of the lovely beaches. In short it felt like a home and we’d definitely return!

Beautiful place in the best central location, with access to the beach and all restaurants. The vibrant colours and the art objects add to the uniqueness of this place. The two pools are sparkling clean. The staff is ready to help with anything you ask for. The owners are the most pleasant people and we would come back to this place for a longer stay.

David, Melissa and the staff were great, everything in the room had been redone and all kitchen appliances and cooking wares were new. The property has new owner, new name and is having an overhaul. I am only the third guest. They are still working on ten units. There are two small pools and the property has lots of interesting statues, murals in cantera stone. I rented unit 2 on the second floor with a shared balcony complete with barbecue grill, table and chairs with umbrella overlooking the pools on one side and the street on the other side. Half a block from the beach. Interior of the suite is like a one bedroom apartment. Granite countertops, new appliances, everything you need to prepare a meal is provided. I don't think I would have made it without the split unit air conditioner. So much more than I expected.
