The superpower of this hotel is its staff! From reception, restaurant, concierge, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They can get you a reservation anywhere in the city, no matter how short notice! (no pressure😁). Everything is done with a smile. They make you feel at home. We complained about musky smell in our room on arrival and it was promptly sorted out. The manager even offered to move us to another room but it was not necessary and we opted to stay in our room. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The music theme is a nice touch. The rooftop bar is a must see (have the burger, you won’t regret it) The breakfast was fantastic! The location is the best, walking distance to most attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in Budapest.
