The property looks nice but is outdated. The carpets are old and dirty. The desk and the bathroom had food stains and dirt on them. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Good point: clean beds. Overall ok but nothing special. Old, needs upkeeping and better cleaning staff.

Exceeded Expectations – A Truly Memorable Stay We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel—it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a number of unexpected touches that made our stay extra comfortable. For example, the in-room washing machine was a fantastic surprise and came in handy, even though it wasn’t listed in the amenities. The breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve ever encountered. The variety and quality of options were exceptional, and it was clear a lot of care goes into creating such a generous spread. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the access to the executive lounge. The gentleman who managed the lounge was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. His hospitality was unmatched and genuinely elevated our experience. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to consider updating the mattresses in the near future. They weren’t bad, but a refresh might enhance the overall comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others looking for a top-tier experience.

Corinthia use to be called the Grand Hotel Budapest. The second you walk in, you'll see how beautifully grand it is. Corinthia is a gem with all the amenities one could ask for. I very highly recommend Corinthia. It's an exceptional hotel.

The spa facilities are unique (for eg mosaic ceiling above the pool, architecture). The staff was superb, upgrading us to a suite as we were in Budapest for our wedding anniversary. Also persistent in getting Netflix to work on Day 1. All in great experience with Corinthia.
