Very centrally located and easily accessible to a variety of restaurants and city attractions/landmark. The area is well lit so safety was not a concern. The room is well maintained and in great condition. Although I had the VIP access, I did not receive any of the perks mentioned.

My room was extremely quiet. It was not facing the street so that was very helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located to the Blaha area from which buses and Metro leave . My room was very clean and really well situated. My only areas for improvement: 1) I bring my own coffee equipment so I make coffee every day in my room and the creamers and spoons were not refilled throughout my stay so I had to go to the front desk a few times. 2) And we had a miscommunication when I checked in about breakfast. When she pointed out breakfast on my card holder, I asked her if it was included because I thought it wasn’t and she assured me that it was. However I ended up with a bill for three $18 breakfasts at the end of my stay because it actually was not included. I was explained that because I signed for the breakfast that meant I understood I was being charged for it. I just thought it was a record of who is coming down for breakfast. Oh well. Overall would recommend just make sure you have a clear understanding about breakfast
