Brilliant location
Arriving into Budapest Keleti and feeling like being in a film set or being a Habsburg poor relation I found the transfer by bus to this hotel simple and quick. It is in a brilliant location, one block from Oktogon where trams, metro and buses are in abundance. Getting to and from the glam parts of Budapest was so very easy. My room was typical easyhotel, tiny but clean and functional. Didn't particularly enjoy ground floor as I felt I needed to keep the blind down though. Only other drawback, an annoying 5 steps up and down to reception, and again to the part of the hotel I was in. Otherwise worked very well for a first time traveller to Budapest. Good eating nearby and shops for all the things you need while travelling.

Some of the staff was super friendly and helpful and others not so much. It’s older. They only have two heating systems so they had not turned it into summer yet, so my room was super hot all the time. Walls are thin, can hear the neighbours

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado y el servicio es excelente, ell único tema para mí fue que el espacio de la habitación es muy reducido y me dió un poco de claustrofobia, pero si no tiene ese problema es un lugar excelente ya que la ubicación está bien cerca del transporte público.

Staff is really nice, welcoming and accommodating! My plane was 4 hours late, so I arrived 3 am in the morning and the kindly offered that I can check out at 11 instead of the standard 10 am, so that I have more time to rest and recover.
