This property was a truly lovely experience, from the beautiful hotel to the friendly and helpful staff. We received some free upgrades that came automatically with our check in. The hotel is in the heart of all of the shopping and attractions on the Pest side of the city. With no shortage of bus stops and trains in easy walking distance, this location is a travelers dream. Oh and the Lebanese and Syrian restaurant at the hotel is a must!! Delicious!

Great Stay
The staff at this hotel is outstanding! They are professional, helpful, and friendly. Checking-in and checking-out was fast and efficient. The location was great for us. We walked everywhere and, since the hotel is centrally located, it made our sight seeing convenient. There is also a breakfast that, for us, was included in our booking. It’s real food and a wide selection. They even have sparkling wine available! If we were to return to Budapest, we will book our room at this property.

Probably the best hotel stay we have had, regarding the level of service. The front desk was amazing and helped us to navigate the city. They checked in with us frequently regarding our comfort. The location was perfect and was easy walking distance to many attractions.

We were in room 515, a lovely quiet, clean room with a good side view of St Stephen's Basilica - which looked great lit up at night. It was a great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to visit. Lots of Christmas Markets, Parliament buildings and over the river to Buda.

Fantastic hotel! Close to the metro and walking distance of all the main sites of interest. Appreciated the in room coffee and lobby coffee station throughout the day. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

Close to perfection!!
From check in to check out we were made to feel special by the hotel staff. A bottle of wine was in our room on arrival and a bottle of bubbles the day after to help celebrate my birthday. Our top floor room was spacious, clean and modern. The mini bar was well stocked and responsibly priced. The only changes I would have made would be bigger bath towels and a king size duvet rather than two smaller ones as I like to snuggle with my partner under the duvet at night. There was a good selection on offer at breakfast and the staff worked hard to replenish it and clear tables. It was very busy but this is to be expected at peak times as we didn’t get up very early because we were enjoying our beautiful room too much. Thanks for making our visit so memorable!

Excellent location to River and Christmas markets. Polite and very helpful staff. Loved our top floor room! Breakfast had a generous variety and we enjoyed the Zenobia Lebanese and Syrian Restaurant. Wonderful hotel, and exactly what we wanted during our first weekend ever in Budapest; a boutique experience, with top floor views to the Basilica, very comfortable bed, pillow menu, and a delicious breakfast. Location is just perfect, right in the middle of the famous shopping avenue, and very close to the city centre. Staff is also very friendly! Top tip to enhance your experience? I had a 90 min antistress massage in the spa area that made me feel amazing.

Really lovely hotel, easy access to public transport and in a high end street of shops. Lots of choice for breakfast (including fresh pancakes!) And the hotel restaurant was also really good for dinner. Clean hotel & great facilities, friendly staff who let us check in half an hour early and let us leave our bags on check out day. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location, not very busy but convenient to reach restaurants and transport. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5 is because to have an evening drink you have to go into the attached restaurant where most people are eating, because there is no hotel bar. I would stay again and recommend.

Wonderful stay
We had a delightful stay at the hotel moments. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful and they have a coffee machine in the lobby that makes all different kinds of coffee plus hot chocolate. It is available 24 seven for gas. I would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely stay there again the next time we visit.
