Great hotel in a great location. Room had a panoramic view of the Budapest sky-line and we had a lovely welcome gift for my wife and I in our hotel room. Keep in mind that you will need to pay for street or garage parking, and there is a tourist tax in Hungary that is paid AFTER your visit and is not included in your pre-paid/check-in amounts.

We had great service, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The check in was slick, the room and bed was very comfortable, I loved the blackout blinds and how sound proof the room was. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of options. We would definitely stay here again!

Forget 5-star - this place is THE BEST !

Other than the beautiful interior of the hotel and tastefully decorated room, I was pleasantly surprised by the their dedication to customer happiness. Customer happiness isn't just a slogan, the management of the hotel has put it into practice. From the beautiful interior, to the friendly check-in, welcome gift, and comfortable bed, I kept wondering why I didn't discover this place earlier!

Very clean new hotel. Newly renovated. Centrally located and easy access to tram and metro. At breakfast all the staff were very helpful especially Zubor ZsNett. The front desk staff were also very helpful.
