Next to the Budapest Opera, 1 minute walk from the "retro" fairy-tale "small metro" stop. excellent location in the center of the city. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is professional, the staff at the reception welcome the guest pleasantly.

The most perfect hotel, location, absolutely ideal. If you wish to visit Budapest, this is the best location and ideal hotel at a reasonable price for great service and extremely comfortable beds :)

Staff in hotel is very friendly and helpfull. The room we initially get was a little dark and air cinditioner didn't work properly. But lucky for us they disciver proplem with the water pipe and upgrade us to room on 5th floor wich was much better and prpoper air conditioner. It was just in time for 35 C outside. Breakfast is good and plenty of tables are always available. 3 coffee machines, so you never have to wait in line. The hotel meet all our expectations for the price.

The front desk personnel are very helpful and polite. The hotel location is very good, close to the main attractions in downtown (opera house, theaters, god restaurants, Catedral) and good excess to public transportation.

The hotel was clean Our room was very nice and clean. There were safe and fridge in the room. conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from the Opera. There were restaurants, luxury stores, souvenir stores and convinience store around. We got there late at night and didn't realize til the morning what was around us. It's 3 minutes (or probably less) away from bus and subway stop. The staff were also nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel ! Walking distance was very good . Lots of bars an restaurants around the area . Travel around Budapest so easy an cheap . Hotel was 10 out of 10 . So quiet thought we were the only ones there till we seen people at breakfast . Staff on hand when ever we needed them . Wpuld definitely recommend this hotel an will be looking at this brand in different countries but would definitely stay here again

Fine once you get checked in
Nice and clean and convenient to the airport. We landed in the morning but they could t accommodate us until 3pm even though we are pretty sure there were some rooms available. They said it was a computer problem. Checkin took forever due to the same problem.

The only great things about this hotel are the front desk staff and the location. It was very convenient to walk to most places. Unfortunately the general upkeep is greatly lacking. I booked a cozy urban room and after the first night asked to move to a more recently updated room. The bathroom in the older room had black mold & mildew in the shower and the toilet wobbled when I sat down (I'm under 120lbs). The newer room upon first quick inspection was better but as I was in there I noticed the shower curtain bottom was mildewy, things were very dusty and clearly not throughly cleaned (calamine (?) droplets on the wall, hairs that weren't mine in shower, etc) I actually just used a disinfectant wipe I had to go over things to feel better and didn't say anything. I was disappointed, it looked cute and modern in photos and reviews seemed ok.

Staff was very nice, and the hotel is directly next to the opera house, surrounded by beautiful architecture and a ton of good pubs and restaurants. Very walkable area too!
