The hotel was wonderful. The apartments were very nice and spacious. It was central and close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower in our room and following an attempt to repair it we were moved to another room so this was dealt with very well but was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall would highly recommend.

Very central location, all staff very pleasant, courteous and friendly. Arranged an airport transfer and driver was also superb and very helpful. Room was outstanding as well as the view. Very quiet and breakfast served in a basket outside your door was a beautiful touch. Would highly recommend this top class hotel with excellent staff throughout. Thanks for taking care of us!

The entrance is kind of run down, but the suite (2bdr) was perfect! Just a problem that they had turned off the AC and the suite was warm at night, they gave us some fans but they were too noisy. Other than that a very good stay!

The property was very nice. When you first pull up to the hotel it does not look bad the same due to the rudder engaged that it is behind it. But once you cross through the gates it is a very good surprise. The staff was very helpful. The location is excellent close enough to the downtown area to walk. Many restaurants around. Can walk to the Buda side. And to the great market.

Great location
Great location near a metro and hop on hop off bus stop. About 15 minutes walk to St Stephens Basilica. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, take out options and supermarkets in less than 5 minutes walk. Apartment was spacious , clean and excellent facilities. Reception and staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Brilliant apartment with everything we needed. The area itself was a short walk to the danube and also short walks to north lively areas for dining and bars. There were 2 ruin bars really close which were fantastic. Would visit Budapest again and definitely use these apartments. A big plus to save money was the airport bus is pretty much outside the apartment so saved up a taxi.

Overall amazing experience. The location is great, it’s close by to all touristic locations, both if you decide to use public transportation or just go by walk. Place was clean and the breakfast had a romantic touch. Staff was very friendly and professional, especially Flora. Any question asked she was always able to help me out. Gem in the heart of Budapest.

3 days we stayed there and AC wasn't working for the 1st and second day. property manager should be upfront with us that AC not working. They only offer me an electrical fan on the second day. Temperature that time was in the thirties. Unable to get a goon night sleep.

We stayed in the Grand Suite #10. The staff are kind. The room is spacious and has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has glass doors so no privacy. We liked the large space and cute breakfast basket. Breakfast is simple but enough to get you started for the day. The carpets are very dirty and stained. There was a piece of chocolate stuck to one spot when we got there. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The drain in one bathroom shower didn’t work well. The water took almost 5 minutes to warm up for a shower. We asked for a fan right after our first night because the AC wasn’t strong enough for the bedroom with huge windows. The fan was covered in dust. Since this room has floor to ceiling windows, it is loud from traffic noise and sirens. We used earplugs to block it.
