Excellent location. Great view. Great access. Quiet. Excellent staff manners. Room missing some amenities like hair dryer, iron, replace the water bottle when empty. Very small and minor things. Generally it's good and I'm booked there twice more this year.

Excellent hotel

Nice modern hotel with a very good location. We stayed one night as we were joining a river cruise. Location is great to walk along the River, get a nice meal or catch the trolly. Breakfast was delicious, bed comfortable and staff very friendly. I would stay again.

We found staff friendly and helpful. We ate lunch here a couple of times which was very nice. However the breakfast was not great. Cold/like warm food items even on items being brought straight out from the kitchen. During our stay the temperature was quite warm. The air conditioning in our room did not work. When we asked about it we were told it was switched off for the whole hotel. We tried keeping our window open as much as possible but the street noise meant that we needed to shut it at night. The room was then very warm. This made our nights sleep quite uncomfortable and disappointing when the rooms are advertised as having air conditioning.
