The hotel is just as described and pictured. Staff were friendly and quite professional and willing to go out of their way to help and accommodate their guests. Reception was quick to notice we didn’t have umbrellas and ran out to give us one. They offered lemonade in the reception to beat the heat and was a nice refreshment to unwind from a long day. The design and layout of the hotel was different from most but had a unique touch. We did not have trouble hailing a taxi nor did taxis have trouble finding the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Although the menu was the same throughout the stay it did give us a nice start to explore the city. Hands down great experience and would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Prestige Hotel. The decor is modern and luxurious, the bed was very comfortable and the service exceptional. We found the breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. We would fully recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Hotel is a 2 or 3 wide brownstone like residence. Rooms and hallways are small but comfy for sleeping Location for Belgrave is great...near pimlico underground station but walkable ( with some effort to Kensington palace and Big Ben area) Would certainly stay again Staff very accommodating

I should have requested a room with a bath tub, not just a shower. The descriptions on the rooms should have been clearly stated that all standard rooms only come with a shower. We were disappointed we could not upgrade to a better room for the entire stay.

Staff was very polite and helpful (Tomas was a very professional young man). Location was perfect! The shower/bath was a little difficult to direct and to get out of (for older people like me) but overall I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Thanks!
