We had 4 nights at this hotel, room was ready early, and check in was a breeze. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Location was perfect for public transport and many things were within walking distance. Staff were very attentive and I would definitely book this hotel if I was to vidit this city agsin.

Excellent hotel … would stay again … only complaint is that ice machines on upper floors did not work … and TV reception flickered … otherwise great and would stay again. Very nice Cafe on main floor … and housekeeping very good. Good value too.

This hotel needs to improve significantly in terms of room cleanliness. Our room was extremely dirty; the bedsheets had hair and dark stains on them, and the headboard had something sticky and more hair. I wish I could upload photos to provide clear evidence of these issues and ensure the transparency and honesty of this review. Additionally, the staff at this hotel could benefit from some customer service training. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Absolutely not. Would I stay at this hotel again? Absolutely not. It is value for money? Absolutely not. Do I regret staying at this hotel? Definitely.

Great hotel in an ideal location for exploring Budapest. Close to Nyugati palyaudvar metro/train station and just a 10-15 minute walk to major attractions like Houses of Parliament, St. Stephen's Basilica and Margaret Island. Also easy walk to lots of cafes/restaurants on Hajos utca and Oktober 6 utca.
