Wonderful

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly with anything we asked for, super hospitable. The hotel is in a great location, close to the major sights, transit nearby, and good restaurants. The parking is an excellent bonus, as we could leave our car without worry while sightseeing Budapest for 3 days. Excellent in every respect! We would stay there again!

Public restroom at the busiest bus station in town is much cleaner than the toilet in the room we stayed at. It was never cleaned from underneath and the room where the toilet is smelled like urinal at the army base. The shower was all covered with the mold. I have supporting pictures. Breakfast and location were amazing and made up to the overall impression, but you need to make sure bathroom is taken care of.

Very convenient location within walkable distance to the Castle Hill district and the famous margit hid bridge crossing the Danube river, and 15 min north from the nearest subway station on the M2 (red) line. Our 4-person apartment-like room was spacious, but the temperature control did not work well for us (could not lower the room temperature to cool level). The bedroom single beds were a bit too soft for us, but the futon bed was firm and comfortable. Included breakfast was great with lots of variety, including hot food, expresso coffee, and pastries / fresh fruits. Very reasonably priced for 4-person stay over the Easter weekend.

This was such a great experience! We came in for a night, and got luck getting a street parking spot just a half a block from the hotel - and it’s free on weekends. The hotel is very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. We were checked in within a few minutes of arrival. The location is amazing. It wasn’t overcrowded or too busy, but still just a couple of blocks away from the Danube and maybe 15 mins walking to the Chain Bridge. Breakfast was very decent with quite a few options. The kids really liked it. Would def recommend it and will stay again when in Budapest.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. While the sofa bed was a bit firm, the staff quickly provided extra blankets upon request, which made it much more comfortable. I also appreciated that slippers and bathrobes were available upon request, adding a nice touch of comfort. The breakfast was excellent — delicious food with plenty of variety, including tasty coffee options and fresh juices. Overall, a fantastic stay with thoughtful service and great amenities!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Regnum Hotel. There was a good variety of foods for the breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were exceptional especially Nickoletta and Angéla. All the hotel staff we interacted with were helpful and professional.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location about 15 minute walk from the Chain Bridge and the funicular up to Buda Castle. Room was huge with big double bed and sofa bed which the children slept on. Area was very quiet with a playground 2 mins away. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Tea and coffee facilitating the room and some bottles of water all included. We would highly recommend.
