Please what breakfast? It was the worst place we have ever seen. It wasn’t a hotel ? It was 5 rooms on the 6th floor all behind steel doors with people sitting on the roof top in the dark ? We saw the room and left straight away. We are also taking up a claim ? As they didn’t let us pay on arrival? Of course not ? It’s not a hotel. This place is dangerous ? My family left straight away and booked a hotel round the corner? For a 3rd of the price. An absolute CON ? Please do not book this place.

Smelled horrible, better after I flushed the bathroom drains. Asked for an additional blanket and was told they don't have blankets. Housekeeping changed the towel even though they hanging and didn't make bed. They have older Nespresso coffee machine but you have pay 1 Euro per pod after 2 completely even when staying multiple nights. Much better hotels for the cost. I also booked a twin room and was not given this . I would not stay again

Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia and phone. That should be streamlined somehow or the process to have an opt in option. Having that sprung on us at 10pm with two tired children on the street outside wasn't ideal. But we can take the good with the bad. Within that late check in process there should be also and option to request drinks put in as all additions (water, snacks, beer etc.) we're locked in a fridge. It'd be a nice touch to be able to request and pay for those to be in the fridge in the room on arrival

Bij aankomst enigszins verbaasd over de locatie. Het was een hotel op de bovenste verdieping van een appartementencomplex voor “gewone” bewoners. Kamer was klein maar netjes. Fijn dat er een balkon was. Bij het ontbijt waren we aangenaam verrast. Zoveel keus! En echt goed gegeten. Konden heerlijk op het terras zitten met skyline uitzicht. Werden zelfs plaids aangereikt omdat de wind misschien nog wat frisjes was. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Op 10 minuutjes lopen van het OV wat buitengewoon goed geregeld is. Winkels als o.a. DM is om de hoek van het gebouw. Al met al, wij hebben een TOP verblijf gehad. Zou er zo weer naartoe gaan.

Habitación amplia, con terraza. Estábamos un poco apartados del centro (plaza de los Héroes a 30 min caminando , para el resto usamos transporte público) Personal muy agradable, los recepcionistas y las personas del desayuno. Buen desayuno variado. Terraza agradable en la que estar. Parking con acceso al mismo edificio del hotel con recargo 17 eur. Limpieza adecuada. Nos gustó mucho todo en general
