Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, felt very new and particularly clean. My only disappointment was that my bedroom safe was broken, and despite raising this 3 times, this did not get resolved and I therefore had valuables unprotected. Luckily it's a safe place but I shouldn't need to ask 3 times to get something addressed (without success or any update). Otherwise an easy 5 star.

Great experience! Wonderful service from all staff members, all the way from the reception to the staff in the restaurant. Very helpful. The breakfast was disappointing but otherwise nothing to complain about!

Das Hotel ist seit zwei Monaten offen, beim Personal hat man trotzdem noch den Eindruck, als ob es der erste Arbeitstag im neuen Beruf ist. Alles eher chaotisch und keine Hilfsbereitschaft vorhanden. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Es sind schöne neue Zimmer an einer tollen Lage. Leider sind die Fenster aber so schlecht isoliert, dass man sogar im vierten Stock alles von der Strasse hört, als wäre das Fenster offen. Die billige Polyester Bettwäsche war auch nicht sonderlich bequem, da man darin schnell schwitzt. Zum Frühstück gibts dann hartes Brot von gestern und salzigen Kaffee (keine Ahnung, wie sie das geschafft haben). Total übersüsster Orangensaft und ein bitteres Joghurt gabs auch noch. Das Hotel hat definitiv keine vier Sterne verdient.

Gutes Frühstück und ein angenehmer Frühstücksraum, auch die Frühstückszeiten sind super. Ganz in der Nähe des Hotels ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und auch Haltestellen für Bus, U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind nicht weit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen also jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
