very nice rooms and friendly front desk staff and housekeeping. the breakfast food options were very nice and fresh squeezed juice and excellent lattes/cappuccinos were a plus. the wait staff for breakfast and dinner were not attentive, didn't explain the breakfast menu ( buffet /a la carte/included not included) and brought down the experience. I waited 9 minutes after receiving my food to get my silverware after asking 2 times for silverware and I was one of 6 tables in the restaurant. this was not an anomaly. The other tables experienced similar service as we talked about it. only 2 breakfasts out of 5 went smoothly for service. the rest of the staff should be commended and receive 5 stars! I would return. housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. the gym is tiny, but "qualifies" as a gym.the rooms are nice and even nicer than they appear online. The showers had great water pressure as well.

I booked a deluxe room with tub( shown in the photos). However, I got a smaller room without a tub. The bathroom is really small. They claimed it is also a deluxe room. But, it’s not what I booked and expected for. They should not charge the same if the amenities are different from what they advertised for.

We loved the location of the hotel, loved the spa features and loved the trendy feel to the property! We especially loved the Flava restaurant and had an incredible dinner and great breakfasts during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!!
