Requested later checkout and they said no problem only to be denied another night for checking out too late.. maybe just a miscommunication but either way won't stay again.. however Kawana waters hotel (the pub and restaurant) which is adjacent is amazing and I'd highly recommend for sure

No dedicated parking so can be difficult at busy times due to carpark being shared with adjacent retail. Convenient with our without a car. Major shopping centre nearby with cinemas and a ferry service to Sea Life

This is a motel, in the most motel way possible. Room was small and carpet appeared dirty. Might be quick and convenient for a guy but not so much for a female.

I really enjoyed my stay, the bed was very comfortable, and close to where I had to be, I plan to stay again next time I’m in town, the only thing that let the room down was the carpet was stained and needed professional cleaning and mould in the shower.

Good location

Overall it was fine especially for the cost. The pool hadn’t been cleaned or maintained and my airconditioner didn’t work without heavy leaking.
