Amazing hotel. We will definitely come stay in Hotel Cristallo again. The location is fabulous across the street from the beautiful Thermal Park. Free tickets to the concerts in the park for hotel guests, a few minutes walk to the beautiful historic town. The restaurant is amazing, breakfast , lunch and dinner are outstanding The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming. The property is beautifully maintained. Short drive to Imola through beautiful hills, very convenient also for visiting Ravenna, less than an hour drive.

Since I walked in the front doors until I left to my next destination amazing staff , service , breakfast and location . Taxi dropped me off at the front entrance and picked me up as well . Staff scheduled taxi service when requested . Breakfast had many options and fresh . Coffee was amazing , breakfast delicious and even learned a couple of words in Italian . Location was great , I walked everywhere and if I needed a taxi , they were there quick like lightning . Beds where comfortable and ac was cold like I like it . Thank you to all your staff . I would definitely stay there again .

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

Very pleasant experience all around. Room is large, high ceilings, full of natural light. Staff very impressive.

Most modern hotel that I’ve found in the Bologna area, staff are excellent
