Good place to stay

The staff is super nice. The room was very clean. The only thing is the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that might be mattress preference. We stay here when we come to visit family & friends in the area.

Worst stay ever

This was one of the worst stays we've had. Front desk staff was extremely nice. We tossed everything in our room to go out and noticed that it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we returned later in the evening, we stopped by the front office to provide the smoking feedback. We declined an air freshener offer. When we returned to the room and took off our shoes, we realized that the room floor and surfaces were damp with humidity. I turned on the air conditioner hoping it would resolve. I used a hand towel to dry some areas. Bathroom sink had no hot water no matter how long I ran it. Fortunately the shower did, which was baffling. Bed sheets were used in place of a fitted sheet. Sleep was challenging as the ice machine saw action all night and people came and went slamming doors until 5:30am. Woke up and the floor was covered in wetness, but surfaces were dry. My partner slipped but luckily did not fall. Used towels again to dry floor when I realized the towel was black with grime. Our shoes did not cause that. Everything we brought that was exposed to the air was damp. Shoes, clothes...everything. Stopped by the front office, rang bell to call service and provided thorough feedback on our stay. For the money paid to stay, this deserved 1 star, but the front desk was extremely nice.

I have stayed at many other hotels and some of them i wouldnt ever go back to but the redruff inn was extremely nice and I would go back there a gain

The room was clean the bed was very comfortable TV was good. There was plenty of light. There are no amenities. The only things I was unhappy with is the bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to close the water faucets were reverised hot was cold cold was hot and the sink drained very slow.I would stay again I hope they correct these minor items.

Friendly & Accomodating

We were in the area for a family reunion, but needed to stay a couple nights because of a power outage at home. Difficult to find accommodations with 2 dogs at the last minute- especially needing handicap accessibility. They provided everything we needed, the dogs were welcome and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We womost definitely stay at this location again.

Front desk service was great. The Red Roof Inn overall was the worse. One of the beds felt like a spring box. The bathroom was disgusting. The mini fridge had a leak. The cleaners mistakenly threw our brand new toothpaste away. Odor was bad, smelled like old. I don’t understand why they can’t spend more money on fixing the place. Another plus would be location but that’s it.
