Nice over all

The hotel room was nice, and spacious. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathroom needed a new update, the bath tub was clogged. The elevator needs an update. The property is well kept and clean

Check in wasn’t bad. My concern is that of my 3 children, 1 woke up with pink eye and the other woke up with a sty in his eye. Luckily they both cleared up by the following day but that’s a clear sign that the beds were not clean.

I will start off with the positive’s the staff was very sweet and welcoming. The location was in walking distance to Knott’s Berry Farm and Soak City. Free parking available. Therefore, the room was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty from the previous guest. The towels looked like they were never cleaned in soap because they had black marks on them and just looked used to the max. The bed was very uncomfortable and had to be years old. The noise from upstairs and all around was loud constantly! I ordered the honeymoon suite which was not cheap and I didn’t get what I paid for. I am very disappointed and will not be returning back.
