The staff was amazing, but the place is run down and the room was dirty. Stains on chair, stains and a hair on the sheets and light burned out in one area

Nice little hotel with just a few needs
Hotels.com messed up and never contacted the hotel that i had prepaod for a room there. They couldn't find me in the system. The front desk person was so nice and gave me the last room they had. The location was great, the grounds keeping was nice. The halls and rooms themselves were quite a bit outdated and in need of some repairs BUT the staff and address of needs made up for it. It was pretty quiet with exception to noisy pipes in other rooms and my room had some issues (keypad loose on the door, shower handle needing repair) but they are on it and repairs are being done. I would definitely stay here agian for the price and service and location.

Good amenities for the price
Stayed in the 1 queen room for 3 nights - it had small fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with a small two seater table. Bed was comfy, a/c was crisp. Bathroom had plenty of space for two adults worth of stuff. Direct TV was included which was nice for downtime. The only negative was the carpet was dirty. It was definitely vacuumed, but it left black on my feet and you can see where it hasn't been shampooed in a long time (under the tv the carpet was much brighter...). Location was walking distance from Knotts, and across the street was a Walgreens which was super convenient. Would stay again :)

The only issue I had was the water took forever to get warm but overall our stay was nice, quiet , comfortable, clean , convenient, walking distance to Knotts , not expensive and the staff was extra extra kind . Would stay again for sure !

Staff was very helpful, rooms could use some updates or deep cleaning. Noticed the baseboards, door, and trim could be cleaned. Not a luxurious room but just fine to sleep in. I had to get a second key made and staff was very friendly and did it right away. Also my shower drained a bit slow, I called and they fixed right away.

The sheets had blood stain on them when telling the person in the office said “I don’t have anyone to change the sheets, I’ll see what I can do” Ridiculous poor management and staff avoid this place

Comfortable stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of lighting in the room. Had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It doesn’t bother us but there are places the paint could use some touch ups. It is an older hotel.

The check in was kind of late we were told a 4 pm all the bottom rooms were taken by that time my Husband is Handicap would have been perfect down stairs not to mention the kids they were tired. the rooms were very clean but the outside of the property and the elevator needs an up grade over all i give it 3 stars. Thanks for the stay
