When we got our first room the lights and phone were not working. Then we discovered the toilet did not work after first attempt of flushing. We were on the third floor so I had to make my way down to the front desk to inform them of the issue(since phone did not work). They gave us a new room, which I then checked. Everything seemed fine until I discovered a huge roach in the bathroom. I ran back down to front desk and she reached her manager(via phone call). He let her know she could not give out any more rooms and she could attempt to fix the toilet. She tried to fix the toilet and we agreed to go back. We tried the bathroom once more and the toilet handle broke off. At that moment we left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. I took pictures and videos. I highly do not recommend!!!

this hotel is under renovation and most of the second floor they had us on are not even close to done. the elevators are old and scary to the kids. our newly renovated room was clearly not professionally done. lol not even close to a 3 star hotel, more like a 1.5 star hotel. felt like a motel 8

The room was definitely outdated and had a old stale smell and the sheets weren’t clean at all was blind sided by the deposit $150 if cash $200 for this room definitely not worth it

It was terrible. Hotels.com should do a better job. This place was dirty, there was mold on the walls, bugs and I think I saw a roach. Really bad. I will never go back..

Eh but it is right next-door to medieval times.
First impression straightaways OK there’s construction going on outside, The lobby looks nice and has a pirates of the Caribbean vibe. One elevator was broken, but the stairs to the second floor were easy access in regards to where our room was at. The room itself needed some TLC. Lots of damaged walls/floors. The couch was falling apart and the pull out bed portion was nothing but springs, very uncomfortable and also had no sheets. I don’t know if the floor is at a slant or not, but the bedside table drawer kept opening on its own. There was a towel left from the previous room occupants hanging outside on the balcony. The biggest plus with staying at this hotel is the walking distance to medieval times.

There were wasps in the first room we stayed at, elevator was dodgy and dangerous. Second elevator ALSO had wasps so we took the stairs each time. Equipment like hair dryers weren’t functioning, on the day I left I noticed them renovating and working at the front entrance so we had to all exit from the side doors (after another trip down the stairs). Bathroom had a broken faucet, doors to other rooms with broken windows, list goes on with a lot of feelings of an owner(s) cutting corners and costs.
