Had to change rooms 3 times. First room the thermostat was broken. The second room they gave us the door knob handle came off. I finally settled for the third room solely because I was tired of going back and forth from one end of the hotel to the other. The third room bathroom door was broken and the outlet in the bathroom restroom was broken. The remote control did not work and when I went to ask for some assistance, they gave me another control. That was universal but did not work for our TV. I asked for towels they didn’t have any at the time and later when I went back, they only could provide one towel due to not having enough. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.

The furniture inside the room are falling apart, After changing two rooms where we received two full beds instead of Queens his pictures on Expedia. Toilet paper had less than half roll with no extra, a room for six people with two towels, I will never go back there. Hotel staff super polite and professional.

Booked this room to use to watch some football games and take a nap while our youth football team was at Knotts. The lobby and courtyard in the pics make you think it’s ok, but once on property you can tell the hotel is dirty, not cleaned after each stay and not damage everywhere. We booked a room with a “living room” so a few people can watch the games and my husband and I could nap. The tv in the living room was missing! The bathroom door would not shut and there was hair in the tub and dusk on the dressers in areas. There was broken blinds and doors on many rooms when walking to find ours. We took a nap over the bedding, and left after a few hours. Wouldn’t stay the night there.

Was good. I will recommend if you looking for something that you and your family need to place to stay . Then go somewhere daytime. Specially if you and family are going to (Knott’s Berry Farm) just walking distance.

EXTREMELY DIRTY!! Can't express that enough. The beds were decent. All the drawers in the bedroom kept sliding open, like the whole room was leaning. Feet turned black with dirt within the first few steps across the room, gross. Whole building needs to be completely renovated, obviously no upkeep in decades.
