As soon as we arrived we went to put our drinks in the fridge and there was leftovers and drinks, they looked super old. And when we were getting ready to leave we ran into cockroaches. Also the bed sheets were all Holly from probably cigarette burns.

Decent stay for a decent price. Conveniently located to all the attractions nearby and lots of dining options. Room was a little run down and smelled like someone spilled cologne in our room, but it was otherwise clean and the bed was comfy. Only real negative was the outlets were inconvenient and loose.

Hotel had all kinds of people in the parking lot. Seemed like people live there rather than just stay for short trips. The room was not cleaned well & had dirty towels. The room also did not smell good & I didn’t feel safe.

Rooms were not clean and were in various states of disreair. Doors . Walls needed touch up paint. Bottom of entry door missing weather seal. Large gap for easy insect /pest enrty. Old /ripped bath towels.

Horrible hotel!!
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The MOST disgusting and filthiest hotel we’ve EVER stayed in!! Major stains on bedsheets, towels and chair! The smell is unbearable!! We checked into the room, it reeked of urine! And there was a puddle of water leading from the fridge! We immediately asked for another room! The 2nd room was even worse!! We returned to the office and asked for a refund explaining the condition of the rooms! The manager ‘Sam’ told us it’s up to Hotels.com since we booked through them. We called hotels.com and they put me on hold while they called the hotel manager, then they tell me he didn’t approve the refund!! Wow! We couldn’t believe it! NEVER again!!
