The location is great for walking to the park but the room wasn’t that great there was a smell in the room when we first entered the smell would come every time you went in or out of the door you had people in the upstairs room over ours with a dog running around the room all hours of the night and then again in the morning.. They also have roach’s we saw a couple baby ones

Colony Inn – Stay Review    •   Wi-Fi is extremely slow.    •   TV does not work.    •   Remote control is missing its cover.    •   Cockroaches and spiders were present in the bathroom.    •   Closet rack has no hangers.    •   Only two bath towels were provided (no hand towel, washcloth, or bath mat). Bath towels are ripped like rags.    •   Very limited toiletries: only two small bars of soap and two packs of shampoo.    •   No hairdryer available.    •   Toilet was leaking.    •   Room was located close to the stairs, causing noise from foot traffic until midnight.    •   Early morning noise from the neighboring room’s shower at 5 a.m. disturbed sleep.    •   Bathroom fan could not be turned off properly; the switch only worked intermittently. Overall Impression: The stay at Colony Inn was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, and noise disturbances. Improvements in cleanliness, room facilities, and noise management are highly recommended.

This particular room was not in good condition. Ibhave stayed him many times over the last 3 years and this room didnt even have a safety bolt. I had to out my wagon and another chair in frint of the door to feel safe. The light in the bathroom did not work also.

The room was good, they accommodated me like I asked on the 1st floor due to a knee injury. Only issue was the heater auto function was not working properly so I had to leave it on high for the heat to come out. Other than that it was good, thats why we always stay here. Staff is friendly and is near everything.
