They got roaches.. not only so but our bathroom was leaking some nasty water from the toilet and think it needs to be fixed. Also the “king sized bed” was pretty hard to sleep on.. first and last for me.

Location was good. Quality was not.
This place needed a major renovation. Things were held together with duct tape. Graffiti carved in the mirror and door. Walls were dirty. Damage on walls, floor and furniture. Bathroom door hit the toilet when opening and closing. No coffee pot. No alarm clock. Outlets were hard to get to. Heater made a lot of noise. Lighting was not good.

Upstairs and down stairs completely different. Up stairs has stains on walls that you can tell have been there. Only one bathroom size trash can total. They don’t offer extra pillows. Down stairs was much cleaner and nicer.

Front desk person was not service oriented. Upon arrival around 5p the front desk office was locked. I had to give a 100.00 CASH Only deposit at check in (no cards accepted). Of course there was an ATM right next to check in window so you have to pay a FEE to withdraw the hundred. The room had 2 small towels and other guests were at front desk asking for towels. I saw a couple bugs in the room one of which looked like a roach. When I checked out early to attend to a family emergency, the same front desk person demanded to know a reason... like its any of his business. Will never stay here again.

Hotel from hell
For one I reserved a room cause I don't have a jacuzzi at home and the water in the room jacuzzi,bathtub tolet started backing up. I called for another room and they said they were full in i said ok how am I going to shower .the answer was ,they shruged his shoulders and said I don't know.you know what my compensation was 10 dollars for my trouble. I have videos of the water.

Asked for room to be cleaned the first night we stood there. Came back to the room at night and room was not cleaned. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Don't think i would stay there again.

As soon as walked inside the room I felt like it was not sanitized correctly. The bath tub had a huge dirt ring all over. The curtain had thum tags to hold it and n place and my son had step on one. On the day of our check out as we double checked to make sure we are not forgetting anything I open a drawer and I found the drawer was full of needles and let m tell you it could of got ugly just because I had my kids and they could of got into it. When I let the clerk know of the situation it seemed as if he was not surprised of the situation.If I could get in contact with management I would like a refund for at least one of my night
