The room was dirty, there were people smoking crack at the end of the parking lot, underwear hanging from the fence around the pool. There were DIRTY HAND PRINTS on the ceiling of the room! Stuff smeared all over the toilet. The shower looked like no one had cleaned it in months. Just horrible. We checked in then immediately checked out. We did not stay here.

Location is excellent for Knotts, staff was nice, room clean, no service but we were only there two nights. Ice maker was not working (got ice next door) Refigerator and Microwave were a must so very happy there. Did not like the $100 cash deposit especially sence I for got till we were well out of the area. Had a local cherity pick it up for me as a donation to them.

The heater did not heat but the AC to cool did…. One night stay only. There was a musty smell in the bathroom area so I left the bathroom fan on which also covered sounds as the walls are thin

Overall I understand because it's next to a theme park and you get a lot of people in and out of there a lot so the maintenance was pretty good we were there for 3 days and got room service once I got two rooms one of them had cockroaches in it and the other the curtains wouldn't close the TV was very poor very limited channels the second room the shower just barely trickled out no water pressure there was no hand towels only three towels for two beds and four people parking was very limited but overall it was outdated needs some Remodel and definite paint our bathroom door had been broken half and screwed together the flooring was buckled and hard to walk across without snagging on a crack in the floor anytime we left I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room

The rooms were OK. Adequate. Expected for the price. Location to Knotts is exceptional. Very inexpensive for the amazing location. Just dont expect it to be the 4 Seasons....One odd thing. The hotel required a $100 CASH deposit. Had to be cash. Strange.

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I was embarrassed as a father to have my family stay there. Knott’s Berry Farm should step in and ensure the hotels around the property are up to standard.

Staff has an attitude. The bed is very hard, and the pillows suck.The refrigerator doesn't work. No phone. The towels are very small. There are cigarette burns on the comforter.

I couldn't pay $100 cash deposit upfront. I said I would go somewhere else. The manager said because it was just a 70 year old snd my 9 year, old, he said he felt we wouldn't trash the room. Then he gave us the worst room! it was the room that was shown on the ad. I was in so much pain and my ankles were sore and swollen. I had to get my feet evaluated to reduce the pain and swelling for my drive home in Arizona. I left before 8:00 am and requested a refund for the 2nd night. I was refunded.
