I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent experience. I booked a three-night stay for a guest, as I had done before without issue. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and quite embarrassing. Upon arrival, the only working elevator smelled strongly of urine. Shockingly, I discovered feces in the same elevator the next day. My guest also reported a disturbing incident: someone attempted to turn the doorknob to their room in the middle of the night, which understandably left them feeling frightened and unsafe. Given these issues, I decided to move my guest to a different hotel after just one night. Additionally, I observed a couple of homeless individuals wandering around the hotel premises. While I don’t mean to cast blame, their presence contributed to an overall sense of insecurity. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not be booking here again.

Poor Reception. No concern for guests. The Elevator broke down a day before and was not working when we checked out next day. We have climb down with our luggage for check out

Room was let immaculate but lost my deposit because my co worker left minimal MAKEUP FOUNDATION on 3 FACE TOWELS!!! And was told blood was found on a sheet when either of us were on our menstrual cycle or had any open wounds. We are WOUND CARE NURSES and came for a wound care convention… us if all people would know if either of us were bleeding. The towels and bed linen were cheap and poor quality. I understand that they have “standard linen” and it must be unified but they act like bleach will not clean white items, The rooms are old, toilet was clogged. I would give 0 stars if I could, but if you decide to stay bring your own towels and bedding
