We love this hotel
Always an amazing time here. We stay here a lot. This is always our first preference when we’re in Buena Park. Clean, service is always great. Breakfast in the morning is pretty good. Thank you to Warren for upgrading our room! He’s Awesome! We always have a great stay here! Look forward to our next stay!

100 degrees outside and AC wasn't working properly. Front desk was rude when we asked if another room was available. They told us that 3rd party bookings, such as Hotels.com, are their lowest priority. Pool area looked like a war zone. Booked for 4 nights, had to cancel the last 3 and find another place to stay. Palm and forehead prints on our car windows from car prowlers.

Everyone was super friendly and everything thing was clean the staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast girl was amazing. She was even telling us what they were going to have the next day so we can go down

The pool was closed. The Breakfast needs Bacon added to it, as well as additional Toasters. It need more breakfast things in general. The space needs to be added to hallways and Breakfast area.

Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were on the small side, but were clean and comfortable. The AC unit was loud, especially at night. Nice selection for breakfast. Would have liked to see recycling and compost bins in the dining area. Overall, we are enjoyed our stay.

Wouldn't stay here again
Hotel was in a good area, but was dated and bed was very uncomfortable. The price was affordable, but it was very difficult to control the blinds which were automated and the remotes were not working. Booked a King Suite with a pull out sofa. The sofa did not pull out and we had to get a roll away bed. The TV was broken in the bedroom and the bathrooms (there were two) both smelled moldy.
